Your Booking
What time is check in and departure?
Check in is anywhere between 3-7pm, please let us know if you wish to arrive later an 7pm. Please depart your cabin by 10am on departure day.
Can you check in early/check out late?
Subject to availability this can be pre-arranged with the Wimbish Hall Cabin team. There will be an additional cost for any check in’s before 3pm and check out times after 10am. Please get in touch to find out our current prices for this additional service.
Where do I collect my keys from?
On the day of arrival, you will receive a message with the key safe code. The key safe is located by the entrance of your cabin.
What is your policy on cancellation?
If you wish to cancel your booking, your deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel your booking within 8 weeks of arrival you will be refunded the remainder of your stay balance minus the non-refundable deposit. If you wish to cancel within 8 weeks of your stay you will be liable to pay the full amount for your holiday.
When is my balance/payment due?
Full payment for your stay is due 8 weeks before arrival.
However, we’re happy to accommodate payment plans for your convenience. It is important to note that full payment must be made by the arrival date. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your booking, and any previous payments will not be refunded.
Facilities
Do the cabins have wifi?
Yes all the cabins have wifi and is accessible free of charge to all our guests during your stay.
Is there a charge point available for electric cars
Yes there is an EV charge point in the car park.
Are bath robes and slippers provided?
Yes, bath robes and slippers are provided to keep you warm and dry after a dip in the hot tub.
Will towels be provided?
Yes towels are provided.
Can you purchase logs and fuel on site?
Yes, there is an honesty area on site where you can purchase logs, kindling, fire lighters, matches and charcoal.
Do the cabins have a hot tub?
All our cabins have their own private hot tub for you to enjoy during your stay. Upon arrival your hot tub will have been cleaned and have fresh water in. It is then your responsibility to light the fire and heat the water during your stay. Logs can be found in the car park so please help yourself. Within our welcome pack there are tips of how to light your fire to make it most efficient to heat the water. There is also an instructional video on how to heat your hot tub by simply scanning the QR code. Please only use the plastic neon-coloured cups which are supplied within your cabin when in the hot tub, no glass wear is allowed.

Can the hot tub be cleaned during my stay?
If you are staying with us for longer than 1 night and would like your hot tub cleaned and re-filled with fresh water, we will gladly assist you for an additional charge of £20. Please be mindful though that this whole process of emptying, cleaning and re-filling will take several hours so sufficient notice will need to be given, especially during busy periods (weekends and school holidays). Also, please be mindful that due to cleaning and refilling this will result in you having to heat the water again.
Do you provide cots and high chairs for infants?
Upon request we can provide cots and high chairs for infants.
Do the cabins have washing machine facilities?
Yes we have a laundry cabin where guests are welcome to use the washing facilities as they wish we just ask that guests bring their own laundry detergent. Each cabin also have a washing line with pegs.
Do the cabins have ironing facilities?
Yes there is an ironing board and facilities in our laundry cabin to use as you wish.
What are the cooking facilities in the cabin?
Within your cabin you have a 2 ring hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. Then within your cabins private garden space you have a BBQ and fire pit to toast marshmallows.
Do the cabins have a fridge/freezer?
All our cabins have an under the counter fridge. Within the laundry cabin you will find a large fridge freezer and each cabin has there own freezer drawer space. The fridge in the laundry room is for staff use only.
Is the kitchen equipped?
Yes, all our cabins’ kitchens are fully equipped with pots, pans, coquetry, cutlery and all the utensils. You also have a 2 ring hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and a BBQ in your private garden. There are also plastic cups, plates, bowls and beakers for infants.
Do I need to bring toilet roll and other essentials?
Each cabin will be have enough essentials like toilet roll, washing up liquid, bin bags etc for a couple of days on your arrival, after that guests will need to provide their own.

Wimbish Hall Cabins can offer additional packages such as birthday packages and anniversary packages. Please get in contact for more information, prices and to book.
Are the cabins wheelchair accessible?
All our cabins are on one level there is just one small step to access the cabin itself, please get in contact with the Wimbish Hall Cabin Team and a ramp can be provided if needed. Please note, the cabin pathways are all loose gravel paths and this may not be suitable for certain types of wheelchair or disability aid. If uncertain, please enquire with us to discuss further and to see if the cabin will be suitable.
Can we bring our dog?
2 of our cabins are dog friendly so please book either our 1 bedroom Hedgehog cabin or our 2 bedroom Badger Cabin. There is a maximum of 2 dogs per cabin at any one time and there is an additional charge of £10 per dog per night. Please get in contact with us to add your dog onto your booking.
Are the cabins suitable for all year round?
How many people do the cabins sleep?
Our 1 bedroom cabins have a double bed bedroom and also have a double sofa bed in the main living area so can sleep the capacity of 4 people. Our 2 bedroom cabins have one room with a double bed and one room with twin beds, there is also a sofa bed in the main living area so can sleep a capacity of 6 people.
Will the site be quiet at night?
To respect the enjoyment of others, we ask that noise levels are kept to a minimum between the hours of 10pm and 10am. With the exception of New Year’s Eve and private events where the whole site has been let out quiet time can vary and be pre-arranged between the staying guest and the Wimbish Hall Cabin Team.
Can fireworks be let off?
Under NO circumstances must fireworks be let off due to having horses and other animals on site.
What supermarkets are near by?
Tesco, Aldi, B and M, Waitrose and a short drive further is a Sainsburys.
